In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Purnea and in case, appropriate petition is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Purnea shall adjudicate the case of the petitioner on merits and dispose of the same within a period 18 weeks thereafter.
