The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No.275 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the nature of offence and the alleged recovery of 45 liters of foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner, for which the petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2019, the prayer for bail is allowed.

The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.II-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Madhubani in
