The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) To issue an appropriate writ, particularly in the nature of Mandamus Commanding upon respondents first set to remove illegal encroachment from the land in dispute appertaining Khata No.134, Plot No. 598, Area 2 Katha 19 dhur situated at Village Rajokhar, Revenue Thana No. 36, Police Station,

Patna High Court CWJC No.825 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 Yadavpur, Anchal Gopalganj Sadar, District Gopalganj, Village Road connecting the main road of the village.

(B) Further prayed that if any order passed in Encroachment Case No.99/2022-23 which in initiated against, against the respondents 2nd Set in the light of report of the Anchal Amin may be directed respondent 1st Set to deliver Certified copy to the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Gopalganj Sadar, District-Gopalganj, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
