JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2020 Heard the learned A.C. to G.P.21 and Mr. Satendra Kumar Jha, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General through video conferencing. The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:

(i) For direction to the respondent no.8, the District Provident Fund Officer, Jehanabad to calculate (a) deposited

Patna High Court CWJC No.23517 of 2019(4) dt.01-07-2020 2/3 amount from first deduction to February, 2003 (b) statutory rate of interest 12.5% on deposited amount from July, 1985 to February, 1999 (c) up-to-date statutory rate of interest i.e., from December, 2009 to till the date of issuance of Authority Slip. (Annexure-1 and 2).

(ii) For direction to the respondent no.8, the District Provident Fund Officer, Jehanabad to furnish (a) the deduction statement from first deduction to last deduction (b) interest calculation chart.

(iii) For direction to the respondent no.9, the Block Development Officer, Phulwari Sharif, Patna to send the G.P.F. deduction statement from February, 1999 to February, 2003 including non-payment certificate of pay from 14 days of March, 1999 to April, 1999, January, 2000 to February, 2000 and May 2000 to September, 2000 due to non-availability of fund before respondent no.10, the Block Development Officer, Kaler, Arwal. (iv) For direction to the respondent no.10, the Block Development Officer, Kaler, Arwal to send the G.P.F. deduction statement for the period February, 1992 to February, 2003 in compliance of letter no.850, dated 09.03.2013 (Annexure-1) of the office of respondent no.8, the District Provident Fund Officer, Jehanabad and payment of pay for the period 14 days of March, 1999 to April 1999, January, 2000 to February, 2000 and May,

Patna High Court CWJC No.23517 of 2019(4) dt.01-07-2020 3/3 2000 to September, 2000 after obtaining the non-payment certificate of non-availability of fund from Block Development Officer, Phulwari Sharif, Patna.

(v) For any other order/orders or direction/directions. Counter affidavits have been filed.

The learned A.C. to G.P.21 submits that the entire retiral dues of the petitioner has already been paid and the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

In this view of the fact, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that if any grievance of the petitioner remains unredressed, the petitioner may file representation before the respondent no.1, the Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department, Government of Bihar who shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
