The petitioners through the Public Interest Litigation pray for reservation for wards of Ex-servicemen/ Serving Men
Patna High Court CWJC No.19698 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 quota in the State Government Medical/ Dental Colleges. We are of the opinion that it is absolutely a matter of policy decision to be taken at the stage of the State Government/ Central Government and not a matter of judicial review. Mr. Harendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, after some arguments prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to approach the appropriate authorities. Permission is accorded. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
