The learned counsel for the contemnors has referred to the show cause, filed in the present case, more particularly paragraphs no. 7 and 8 to the present petition, to submit that the grievances of the petitioner has already stood redressed and the order of this Court dated 14.8.2019, passed in CWJC No. 16025

Patna High Court MJC No.4886 of 2019(4) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 of 2017, has also been complied with, inasmuch as the petitioner is receiving the revised pension in light of the 7th Pay Revision and his arrears have also been cleared.
