2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.325 of 2025(2) dt.15-01-2025 2/2 liberty to pursue the remedy before the Chairman/Secretary, Bihar State University Service Commission, before whom he has already filed a detailed representation on 27.11.2024, which has not been considered till date.

3. The Chairman/Secretary, Bihar State University Service Commission is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take necessary action, if the petitioner has been discriminated in any manner and dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner, giving reasons, in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction/ observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
