JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.331 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B) A,26 of Arms Act.

As per F.I.R., there is recovery of one country made pistol and one cartridge beneath the Gular tree of one Kishore Mehra and petitioner has been made accused in this case. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the impugned order itself shows that he was in custody during that period in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 96 of 2016 and he has been remanded in this case on 11.01.2019 and since then he is in custody in this case. Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner on the ground that he is accused in four other cases.

No.83099 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No.331 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that he has to appear in local police station for a period of six months, so that police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani for needful. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) amit/- U T
