The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "I. For a direction to the respondent number 4 to 7 to settle the land for home according to the circular of Bihar Government. The petitioner is belong to SC/ST and landless. He is residing on government land having made a home from 48 year bearing khata number 707 plot number 1033 area 4 dismal Thana number 707 Anchal Rafiganj district Aurangabad Bihar and after then he has taken a electric line from electric department government of Bihar and he deposit the electric bill to the government."

3. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

4. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievances by way of a representation dated 24.11.2025 (Annexure-P/7) before the respondent No. 4 herein (i.e., the District Magistrate, Aurangabad), the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 4 herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The authority before passing any orders shall put the petitioner on notice and given him an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
