2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8 , 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3 . As per prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence, informant along with other police officials raided in the shop of this petitioner and on search , 1.295 kgs of Ganja was recovered. Petitioner happens to be registered owner of the of the shop .

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . No incriminating article has been

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that aforesaid ganja has been recovered from the shop of this petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and fact that ganja has been recovered from the shop of this petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
