2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are said to have shot at the victim who is the informant of the case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant is a renowned criminal of the area and he is accused in 16 more cases. Petitioners have clean antecedents and in a dispute this occurrence has taken place. They are in custody

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Patna City, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioners will mark his attendance at the Khusrupur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
