Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of POCSO Act, 2012. The FIR would reveal that main allegation is against co-accused-Suman Thakur @ Suman Kumar Thakur who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission is that there is no other material against the petitioner and he is not going to abscond in this case or tamper with the evidence.
