The petitioners by filing this petition seek modification of the order dated 07.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13608 of 2019.
It is submitted that due to inadvertence, in the prayer portion, Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2364 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 Hajipur, Vaishali is written in place of A.C.J.M. VIII, Vaishali at Hajipur and accordingly, it is submitted that the order dated 07.03.2019 be modified.
Let the prayer portion be corrected and in place of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Hajipur, A.C.J.M. VIII, Vaishali at Hajipur be read. Prayer portion is modified accordingly in the order dated 07.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13608 of 2009.
