The petitioner has filed this civil miscellaneous petition for a direction to the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Patna to dispose of Guardianship Case No.16 of 2016 without any further delay.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Guardianship Case No.16/2016 was posted for judgment on 27.02.2018 but till date no judgment has been delivered. Taking into consideration the fact aforesaid, I find that the case was posted for judgment on 27.02.2018 but even

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1459 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 thereafter the judgment could not be delivered and same is pending for disposal, I direct the Court in Seisin of the case to dispose of Guardianship Case No.16/2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of with aforesaid direction.
