The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mansahi P. S. Case No.120 of 2018 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the gravity of the offence, accusation made against the petitioner and the manner in which the crime is alleged to have been committed, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
