2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in para no. 14 of the bail petition.

3. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 696 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022 registered for the offence/s punishable u/ss 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.942 of 2024(7) dt.26-06-2024 2/3 minor son of the informant and took him to Diyara from where the said victim was recovered.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No TIP has been conducted by the prosecution till date. The petitioner has six criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2022.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 696 of 2022, with the condition/s-:

(i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without
