2. The opposite party no. 2 is appearing in person, but she has not appeared in the Court today.
3. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 313 of the Indian Penal Code and 3, 4 of the D.P. Act and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons are said to have tortured and assaulted the opposite party no. 2 due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners are in-laws of the opposite party no. 2. He submits that the opposite party no. 2 does not want to continue her marriage and she herself left the matrimonial home. He further submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. Petitioners have one criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
6. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.
7. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the offence, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the
