The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.8.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.8.2018 and investigation in the instant case is now complete, let the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court
