Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 4129 of 2016.

Patna High Court CWJC No.25649 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to verify the record to ascertain whether the case of the petitioners is covered by the decision aforesaid.
