2. It appears that pursuant to the order of this Court passed in CWJC No. 11490 of 2017, the petitioners have submitted a letter dated 21.12.2018 to the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar, Patna.

3. The grievance of the petitioners is that the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar, Patna is not acting on the basis of their representation.

4. We find from the records of the report that the Circle Officer was not a party respondent in the writ application.

5. We are, therefore, of the considered opinion that if the petitioners are aggrieved by any inaction on the part of the Circle Officer, they may seek their remedy in accordance with law before appropriate Court in appropriate jurisdiction.
