The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the parties have got injuries. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78744 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
