The format as available in the bid document has not been produced in the writ petition. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner hands over a document, where the sample format for evidence of access to or availability of credit

2. However, we note that even in accordance with the Bank certificate as required in the document handed over to us, it is as below:

3. The bank certificate produced by the petitioner is at Annexure-P/6, at page-37 of the writ petition. Therein, in addition to the above format there is a clarification made by the bank which is as below:

4. The clarification would absolve the bank from any liability, which is not in the format as indicated in the bid document.

5. We find absolutely no reason to interfere with the disqualification.

6. The writ petition stands dismissed.
