Admittedly, the petitioner is 67 years old when he filed the writ petition and he was appointed on the post of Panchayat Teacher on 30.11.2006. Complaints were received
Patna High Court CWJC No.217 of 2020(3) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 with regard to his educational qualifications and his appointment was cancelled vide order dated 18.12.2007. The petitioner challenged the order of cancellation before this court. Thereafter the matter was remitted to the District Appellate Authority, who passed an order against him finding that his cancellation order was in order. He preferred an appeal against the said order before State Appellate Authority. The State Appellate Authority also found the petitioner was lacking qualification for appointment as a Panchayat Teacher after seeking a verification report from the concerned authority, which issued the certificate.
Taking into consideration thereto, the State Appellate Authority upheld the order of the appointment of the petitioner. No error can be said to have been committed by the State Appellate Authority.
The writ petition is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed.
