Mr.Mukesh Kumar Singh (App 221) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 396 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B), a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding two persons having been apprehended by the police including the petitioner herein and upon search being made, one live cartridge was recovered from the person of the petitioner apart from recovery of one mobile phone.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a fair antecedent except one case in which

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 396 of 2018.
