2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has retired from service on 30.11.2019, though the MACP is granted in favour of the petitioner vide Memo No. 213 dated 04.09.2023 with effect from 12.05.2018 but till date the benefit of third MACP has not been provided to the petitioner and in this regard the petitioner has already made a representation before Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 but it is still pending, therefore, it is prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner that Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 may be directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.19495 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Having heard both sides, this petition is disposed of directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner which is annexed as Annexure 'P/2' of this petition as early as possible probably within a period of 60 days from today in accordance with relevant rules and laws.
