2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 138 of 2023 arising out of NCB Case No. 01 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 8(c), r/w 21(c), 22(c) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 920 gms. of Heroine has been recovered from a house.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the house from which the recovery of the

5. He further submits that the petitioner is in jail since 16.01.2023.

6. Learned counsel for the Union of India Shri Awdhesh Pandey opposed the prayer of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner is a tenant and from his premises the recovery has been made.

7. Considering the quantum of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

9. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
