2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 541 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 332, 333, 353, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, some altercations took place between two groups. In the meantime, the police party reached there to pacify the matter but the petitioner along with other accused persons named in the FIR started pelting stones on police.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific overt act against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3083 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 him and on similar footing, co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 70295 of 2023 and 62875 of 2023.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 541 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
