The petitioners seek bail in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 261 of 2019 (corresponding to G.R. No. 9097 of 2019), registered under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 274 tetra pack, each of 180 ml, ten bottles, each of 375 ml, one bottle of 750 ml of Indian made foreign liquor from the motorcycle on which both the petitioners were found sitting.

Submission is that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 14.10.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.76942 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 case, let the petitioners, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 261 of 2019 (corresponding to G.R. No. 9097 of 2019) to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna.
