2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 271 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. There is general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons of having fired which hit two females. The petitioner is 89 years and is in jail since 14.09.2023.

4. Considering the age of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, XII, Gaya in connection with
