Though the present petition has been filed to direct the Circle Officer, Baniyapur, Saran at Chapra, i.e. the respondent no.5 to remove the encroachment, made over the land, appertaining to Khata No.285, Khesra No.1440, situated at Village-Kanhauli Sangram, Cicle-Baniyapur, District-Saran at Chapra, which is a public land, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Circle Officer, Baniyapur, Saran at Chapra to conclude the encroachment proceedings in question and take appropriate
Patna High Court CWJC No.19486 of 2024(2) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 action, in accordance with the provisions contained under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, forthwith. It is directed accordingly.
