2. Learned counsel for the Union of India has produced a copy of the withdrawal form which shows that the petitioner has withdrawn Rs. 50,000 from her account which has been delivered at her home.

3. The petitioner is a 84 years old widow lady and she is bed ridden. She was unable to withdraw money from her account bearing SB A/c No. 4470760181 at Sub Post Office, Narma, Muzaffarpur through village postman in time on

Patna High Court CWJC No.18141 of 2023(3) dt.11-01-2024 2/2 monthly basis as it was done previously. Now the postal department has agreed that the village postman will visit the lady once in a month and will handover the amount which is required by her by withdrawing it from her account.

4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of.
