The petitioner seeks bail in Bishambharpur P.S. Case No.118 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner and two other persons was apprehended with their motorcycles and from the motorcycle of the petitioner 27 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 29.09.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for two months for recovery of 27 litres of Indian made foreign liquor. Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
