2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 411 of 2023 registered on 07.07.2023 lodged under Sections 509, 354, 341, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner to whom allegation is of taking photograph and threatening to informant that he will make the photograph viral.
4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2023 having one criminal case i.e. of Excise Act pending against him, in which he is on bail.

5. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are cousin. Counsel submits that the informant used to put pressure upon the petitioner to marry her for which petitioner and his family was not ready and it is due to this reason, the present case has been filed.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Courtcum-Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 411 of 2023, subject to conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
