2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "i. For issuance of an appropriate Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to comply with order dated 08/01/2024 (Annexure-P/2) whereby and where under the SubDivisional Public Grievances Redressal Officer, Sonpur, Saran (respondent no.

3) has directed the Circle Officer, Sonpur (respondent no. 4) to create Jamabandi in light of revenue rules and in pursuant to the correction slip.

ii. For issuance of an appropriate Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent Circle Officer to create separate jamabandi in light of correction slip for the land situated at

Patna High Court CWJC No.19118 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/3 (a) Village- Chausia, Thana No. - 86 Khata No.- 19, Khesra No.- 207, total area- 21 decimal (0-5-13) and (b) Village- Kharika, Thana No.- 82, Khata No. -76, Khesra No. - 1579, total area 33 decimal (0-8-17 1⁄2 ). Both lands are self-acquired properties of the petitioner.

iii. For issuance of an appropriate Writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent no. 4 to take prompt corrective action in response to the petitioner's representation dated 15/02/2024 (Annexure-P/3) iv. Any other writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions as the facts and circumstances of the case may require and deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court may also be issued."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the concerned Circle Officer/ respondent no. 4 for redressal of his grievances.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. On filing of the representation by the petitioner within three weeks, the concerned authority is directed to expedite the disposal of the proposed representation
