2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 31 of 2023- Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 366 and 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of abducting the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has not kidnapped the victim girl rather they both left the house as

5. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that it is a case of elopement and marriage. The petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2023.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Araria- cum- Additional District Judge VI, Araria/concerned Court in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 31 of 2023- Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
