JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/ direction, especially in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allot Plot No. 1/M/56 at Bahadurpur in place of Plot No. 5M/ 338, situated at Digha, which was allotted to the husband of the petitioner by the Bihar State Housing Board in its meeting dated 09/09/1991 and thereafter, allotment order, contained in Letter No. 3276

Patna High Court CWJC No.18983 of 2024(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 dated 27.09.1991 was issued, whereafter, the petitioner had deposited the estimated value of the said plot within time and agreement was executed on 18.03.1996 but possession has not been given to the petitioner till date. Further prayer is for issuance of Mandamus directing the respondent to give possession of Plot No. 1M/56 at Bahadurpur in pursuance to aforesaid allotment made in favour of the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, i.e. the respondent no.3, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the respondent no.3 within a period of two weeks from today, he shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
