Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18524/2017.

From the aforesaid order, it appears that same has been passed on merit.

Therefore, this Court does not find any fresh ground to entertain the instant anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66542 of 2018(4) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 bail, which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order. If possible, the court below shall dispose off the bail petition of the petitioner on the same day.
