Thus, without indicating any opinion about the merits of the respective cases of the petitioners, this writ petition is being disposed off with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Estab.), Gaya to consider the cases of the petitioners for transfer in terms of the relevant Rules about which reference has been made hereinabove, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
