ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 09-08-2024 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is only seeking disposal of the appeal pending before the District Magistratecum-Collector (Respondent No. 2), the present writ petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate-cum-Collector to dispose of the appeal pending before him as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, if not already disposed of. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. In case, the appeal is already disposed of, the copy of the order shall be communicated to the party.
