Patna High Court CWJC No.25468 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/3 19-12-2019 Through the present petition, petitioner prays for the following reliefs:

"(i) For declaring the decision of the State Government taken in the Cabinet on 4th December, 2018 in Agenda No. 10 for transferring Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Jamui situated at Jamui in the District of Jamui to Mauza Garho Nawada, Jamui under Bihar Animal Sciences University, Patna (ii) Also for quashing the memorandum of understanding between the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan, New Delhi and Bihar Animal Sciences University, Patna for scientific and Technical Corporation in the implementation of the project of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Jamui.

(iii) Also for commanding the respondents to allow Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Jamui under Jamui District as it is in order to perform duty in function and purposes of the Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Jamui constructed over Khata No. 124, Plot No. 548 (Part) area 25 acre in the Mouza Garho Nawada, Anchal Jamui Thana No. 33 and also for necessary relief/direction to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to avail appropriate remedy including approaching the concerned
