1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to GP-5.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in the event if the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Banka to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 08.02.2024 (Annexure-3 series) at Page-31 to the writ application.

3. The learned State counsel submits that from perusal of the representation of the petitioners dated 08.02.2024 at Page-31, it would manifest that the same does not bear signature of the Collector's office in support that the representation has

4. The learned State counsel, thus, submits that the writ application can be disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the Collector, Banka raising the grievance as raised in the instant writ application.

5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners will file a fresh representation before the Collector, Banka on or before 31.12.2024.

6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Banka that if any representation on behalf of the petitioners is filed along with a copy of this order on or before 31.12.2024 in that event the Collector, Banka shall dispose of the representation of the petitioners within a period of one month thereafter.

7. The writ application is disposed of.

8. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
