JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl would reveal that she was voluntarily going alongwith co-accused Sanjay Paswan @ Golu Paswan when the police had arrested her.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the matter is of love affairs and no allegation is there against the petitioners.

Finding substance in the submission aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their

No.61013 of 2018 (2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Suryapura P.S.Case No. 71 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
