The petitioner seeks bail in Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 07 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report there is specific allegation against Raju Pandit of causing injury on the head of the informant with Khanti. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with Dabiya causing injury to him. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.6.2018 having clean antecedent. There is no mention in the written report that on which part of body the petitioner has caused injury on the person of the injured. The

The injury report has been enclosed as Annexure-2 which shows that deceased had sustained lacerated wound over right temporal region, lacerated wound over occipital region and diffused swelling over right ancle. As per supplementary injury report, the Doctor has opined the injuries 1, 3 to be grievous in nature and injury No. 2 was simple. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Banka, in connection with Dhoraiya P.S.
