2. Petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the IPC later on Section 411 of IPC added.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the on 14.02.2024 when informant was on his way then at about 09:50 P.M. some miscreants came and snatched the motorcycle of the informant and ornaments, mobile phone and Rs.13,000/- of the informant's assistant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and name of the petitioner has been surfaced on the basis of his own self confessional statement and on the basis of suspicion, the police has arrested him and made accused in this case. He next submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged

He next submits that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Bipin Kumar Yadav and Rishi Kumar have already granted bail by this Court passed in Cr. Mis. No. 35939 of 2024 vide order dated 20.05.2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 39241 of 2024 vide order dated 15.07.2024, respectively. He next submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2025 and has got four criminal antecedents as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for Regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No.82 of 2024 with a condition that petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date fixed by the learned Trial Court till conclusion of the trial.
