2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 329 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 354(B) / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with iron rod on her head.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent, committed no offence and falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer of bail of the petitioner.

6. Perused the FIR, bail petition and order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge - XI, Begusarai and the injury report. From injury report it appears that there is lacerated wound of size 0.5 cm x 0.5 cm x 0.5 cm over frontal region of scalp (vital part) caused by hard & blunt object.
7. From perusal of order of learned Additional Sessions Judge- XI, Begusarai dated 05.09.2023, it appears that coaccused, namely, Shambhu Singh has already been granted bail.
8. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner above named be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 329 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
