2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 750 ml of illicit liquor from the hotel of the brother of the petitioner.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Barh, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
