Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the State Appellate Authority. In the event, the petitioners file appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of one month alongwith a copy of this order, the State Appellate Authority will take final decision on the appeal preferred by the petitioners in accordance with law.
