The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 407 of 2018 arising out of Hathidah P.S. Case No. 81/17 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. There is direct allegation against petitioner that he fired upon the father of the informant by pistol which hit on his chest, who died on way to hospital.

Considering the nature of allegation against petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this application is dismissed.
