To issue appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) in the nature Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities to is 'Experience Certificate' in favour of the Petitioner for her tenure of three years as Senior Resident S.R. in Obs. and Gyane Department, Anugrah Narain Memorial Medical College and Hospital (herein after referred as A.N.M.M.C.H), Gaya.

(ii). Upon issuance of the 'Experience Certificate' to issue appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) in the nature of Mandamus directing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1265 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 Respondent Authorities to make payment for the period till 16.04.2023 as Senior Resident S.R. in Obs. And Gyane. Department, A.N.M.M.C.H, Gaya to the Petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 4 i.e. the Superintendent, Anugrah Narain Memorial Medical College and Hospital, Gaya, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 4, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
