JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the order dated 24.09.2018 passed by learned Sub Judge-VII, Darbhanga in Title Suit No. 126 of 2017 whereby the learned Sub Judge himself stayed the order of holding elections for the post of office bearers of DDCA, Darbhanga, which is brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Civil Misc. petition with a liberty to file petition as and when cause of action arises.
Prayer is allowed.
This Civil Misc. petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
